Terms

These terms are the house rules. Using The Block means you agree to them. If you do not, don’t use it.

The desk

You must be 13 or older. You are responsible for your account and what you post. Don’t share your password. Guests can look; writing on The Block needs a profile.

What you write

Your words are yours. You give us permission to show them on The Block. Don’t harass, impersonate, spam, or post anything illegal. We can remove a post or close a desk that breaks these rules. Posts fall off the main board after three days. You can delete your own.

If you see something that shouldn’t be here, email theboss@talkontheblock.com. We will look at it.

Sports marks and scores

The Block is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any sports league, team, conference, or governing body. Names and marks belong to their owners and are used only to identify them. Team and league marks appear only to identify who is playing. Final scores and records are facts. We are not a sportsbook. Odds, when shown, are for talk — not a place to bet.

The site

We run The Block as-is. Schedules, standings, and scores can be late or wrong. Don’t treat this as official league data. We can change the product, these terms, or take the site down.
